Mr. Sendil Sivagnanam

Mr. Sendil Sivagnanam (Board Member) Mr. Sendil Sivagnanam who belongs to upcountry Tamil society started his career as a teacher in 1987.He is a trained teacher and a Diploma holder in political science in Hamjat University in New Delli India and a diploma holder in Human Rights in Peradeniya University Sri Lanka. For few years he worked as an in-service adviser in peace education. In 2003 he was promoted as a School principle at Hindu Vidyalaya in Kurunegala. Mr. Sendil is an active participant of regional and national level peace campaigns. He contributes Deva Sarana Development Centre as a working committee member. And he is a director of Development Alternative ltd. Mr. Sendil has contributed Thothanna for the Textbook research and the campaign reported as The role of school text books for multi social reconciliation. Mr. .Sendil Sivagnanam is a political .human rights and peace activist who has powerful links with many peace and human rights organizations. Now he works as a coordinator at ministry if Industrial development in Central Provincial Council.
